For beginners, it’s a great way to learn the fundamentals of yoga and get comfortable with the poses before attending a group instructed class. Yoga & aerial yoga - $40/hr session - $30 for your first session
Semi-private lessons:
yoga - starts at $15 per person per hour
Aerial Yoga - starts at $20 per person per hour
